We only collect information you voluntarily provide. This site has two contact forms:

  • Contact form — collects your name, email address, business name (optional), and message.
  • Newsletter / CTA form — collects your name and email address.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising cookies. This site does not use Google Analytics or any similar service.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about potential or active work. Specifically:

  • Your name and email are used to reply to your message.
  • Your business name (if provided) helps us understand your context.
  • We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third party.
  • We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

How Your Data Is Stored

Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify, Inc. Netlify stores form submissions on its servers. You can review Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy. Form data is accessible only to Andy Ross through the Netlify dashboard. We retain form submissions for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing or potential client relationship, and delete them upon request.

Cookies

This website uses one piece of browser local storage: a flag that records whether you have unlocked the detailed pricing page. This flag is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
  • Request that we delete any personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of any future communications at any time.
