Hi, I'm Andy Ross.

I'm an independent technology consultant based in Mishawaka, Indiana, working with small businesses across Michiana and remotely across the country. I help business owners and their teams get more out of their technology — whether that means setting up reliable business email, automating repetitive workflows, upgrading a spotty network, or building custom tools that actually fit the way you work.

I've spent years working in and around technology — building automations, configuring networks, integrating AI tools, and solving the kind of practical technology problems that slow real businesses down. My background spans IT infrastructure, software development, and business process automation, which means I can usually handle the full stack of a problem rather than hand it off to someone else halfway through.

I started Ross Tech Solutions because I saw a gap. Small businesses are underserved by the technology industry. Managed service providers want long-term contracts and per-seat fees. Big consultancies price out small teams entirely. Freelancers on marketplaces often disappear after the project closes. My model is different: flat-rate project pricing, honest scoping, and ongoing availability for clients who want it — without locking anyone into anything.

• Web design and development — Fast, clean sites built to be maintained. No page builders, no bloated themes.
• Cybersecurity consulting — Security assessments and hardening for small businesses. Small businesses are targets. Most haven't taken the baseline steps.

Where I Work

I'm based in Mishawaka, Indiana and primarily serve businesses across Michiana — South Bend, Elkhart, Goshen, Granger, Niles, and the surrounding area. I also work with clients remotely. If your project can be handled without being on-site, geography doesn't matter.

How I Work

Project work is flat-rate. You get a scope, a price, and we agree before anything starts. No hourly billing surprises, no scope creep invoices without prior conversation. If something changes mid-project, we talk about it — I don't just bill for it.

I'm not trying to become your managed service provider. I'm trying to solve your problem and leave you in a better position than when we started. Some clients work with me once on a specific project. Others bring me back whenever new technology needs arise. Both are fine.
